What we do
For our Families we act as the extended real estate investment arm. Rather than approaching individual transactions in isolation, we take a long-term, owner-oriented perspective across the entire real estate investment lifecycle.
Our work includes market screening and sourcing, investment analysis and underwriting, due diligence coordination, transaction and financing structuring, acquisition execution, portfolio strategy and ultimately the preparation and execution of exits.
By combining investment management expertise with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, we enable our families to build and manage real estate exposure without the need to establish a dedicated in-house real estate investment team.
Why
Why we decided to focus on real estate? Because, regardless of how markets and industries evolve, real estate remains fundamental to the economy. People need places to live, goods need to be stored and transported, and businesses and services need space to operate. Tenants and uses may change — the real estate remains.
